I do know what you mean. But, why do companies grow? The customers demand it.

One person can't actually do everything, lol. One person can be the brains, the designer behind a large project, but then he has to pass the specs on and hope the developer isn't so brain dead he can't follow directions. Also, dumb (I mean average, lol) people are the ones making the decisions. Because someone does something and is successful is not the test of if the decision was a good one. Could they have done better, that is the real test.
