I could see the Crown trying to use the new LP testing failures as prove that mold happens and HC needs to protect us from that. Us being ignorant to it without testing our own meds after all.
So they will angle it to say that LP weed is the safest alternative even if it costs more than your own home produced meds.
It's a bit of a stretch but I'm sure they will have some expert say the meds grown at home at unsafe because they aren't tested. And blah blah blah.
Nuff said you guys see my point I'm sure.
They need to save us with prime munster harper in his Super Hero outfit and tights.

Great job providing the updates doingdishes :)

So far it looks like they're focusing on the testing, mold, fire hazards and going for a win based on flaws in their original program. Then pointing to how all of these controls are now in place and we're all safer because of it. Hopefully Conroy has a plan to counter that argument, he seems on the ball based on that recent video, pretty easy to see what's coming.

If they ever had actual concerns about these things, they didn't have to wipe out the program and come up with a program paid for by patients. Their argument seems to be that enforcing tighter controls/rules/security under the old program was unmanageable and too costly. So instead, they formed a new program with all of the controls in place, and patients get to pay for it by increasing their costs for medicine by tenfold? This shows how contemptuous the government and HC are towards patients, Conroy should call them out and make sure the judge sees it.
