i think you fucked them up when you transplanted. ten days from sprouting is too short of a period of time for the plant to have properly put roots down to be transpanted. when you are growing in soil you dont transplant until you can pull the plant, root ball and soil out as one from the container.

the soil shouldnt cruble or fall away you should be able to keep it all together. if this isnt the case then you need to wait longer. the roots should be coming out the bottom drain holes, or if you use plastic planters, you can squeez the planter together enough to see down the side of the pot and see the roots.

you said it "came right out of the soil" it shouldnt do that. thats why all the others died. if you go to wal-mart buy a thing of SuperThrive. alot of people, myself included will give it a dose before and/or after transplanting, and it is supposed to help with the transplant shock. other than that you just have to wait and see. you may even want to give it some nutes. if you can keep it alive long enough for the root system to fix itself it should be fine.

honestly it just sounds like ti may be root bound a little, if the bottom leaves are yellowing liek this, how tall is it and how bigs your pot? also all of my plants are yellowy from time to time i panicked at first but they are all doing amazing check out my journal, also i think that peoples plants die cause they over obsess about them always touching and playing around, i just left mine and there thriving in the closet, i never had one die and i started with about 50 and now im down to 21, all ladies, they have a bit of yellow now but i think i burn them a bit with my nutes, there still fine tho i did read that lack of nitro could cause the little yellow circles you were explaining as well as the tips turning yellow, just ;leave it for a few days, dont over water, and dont touch it lol

I think your absolutley right because when i transplanted them it was just the long root and the plant.. no soil was attacthed to the plant or root ball.

I think that did it. But this one seems to be growing ifne.

I watered earlier with nutes well see what happens.

She is in a 1 gallon grow bag right now. I really want to change soil though. When would be a good time to transplant to a new bag with new soil how do i know when i can do that?

Also so when i trnasplant.. the entire bucket of soil almost should be intact right???? Like as one big ball of soil and root no dirt should fall off?

yeagh man and 1 gallon will be good for a while youll need to form that ball, if you do it too soon same thing will happen, if its like under 11 inches wait till it gets bigger and replant before buds or somthing or in a few weeks!

i will either use a large plastic dixie cup for the first few weeks or like a half gallon pot. then usually around the third week you will be able to give the base of the stem right by the soil a little tug and the whole thing will come out. i havent ever used grow bags my self but the general principle should be the same.
the root system should pull away from the bag with most or all of the soil intact. if you do this too soon its going to rip and tear the roots that are trying to spread out through the soil which is where the stress and transplant shock come in.

anyone growing in bags who can provide a little more detail?

the way i germed my lowryders seemed to work for me. I had them in small plastic cups (the disposable ones) till they were 5 inches high or so. Then i split the cups open (and removed them) and put the whole lot into larger pots. Seemed to work for me.
