MMAR patients that sell to CC

Hey everyone, I was just curious for all the patients on here that sell excess to the cc. I applaud you for giving people who can't afford LP's bs an option. Thanks again and grow strong friends. Now back to how does it work? You can pm me to if you would prefer.

Do you test the bud or does the cc?

Is there a certain weight requirement example must be a 1lb or more of a particular strain?

What's the going rate per oz or lb?

Does it get shipped to the cc through courier or does it have to be delivered by the patient?

Is the patient responsible for paying taxes on wieght of bud or does the cc make sure the tax man is paid and the patient claims x $ amount as income at income tax?

If anyone on here has any info it would be great. thanks again everyone for your love of the greatest plant on the planet CANABIS bongsmilie

I haven't seen a dispensary yet that made me say oh my god this is cheaper than an LP. I will say that the quality appears to be much better from CCS and dispensaries. This is an interesting post though.

I dont sell to clubs but i know a few that do.

- Price 16-19 > On Consignment
- Bring it in yourself
- No tax talk ive heard
- 1lb is usual minimum per strain.

Staff has to sample to get it approved.

No CC even in this area (waterloo region) that i know of....Was one in guelph, but i think they are in the LP process..and they were busted a few yrs ago as well.

Well that's kind why I was interested. I noticed that to when we are talking about LP's that sell bud at 5 to 10 $ a gram. Not many of them any more they are all around 10 to 14$ and maybe $30. Lol To tell ya the truth I would rather buy from a cc compared to an LP especially if the money goes to patients that can't work but can grow. Instead of some rich asshole that thinks he/she should own the market and play with peoples standard of living by making there meds something only the rich can afford..

true, you know whats funny too. Ive yet to meet a grower that out lives his means and buys a fancy mercedes and flashy clothes. They just hoard the money. But the dealer selling it makes sure people know hes selling. I never got that point...

All us growers are bearded farmers that grow a plant thats worth redicoulesly tooo much, ah well

So is that $1600 to $1900 a lb. thanks for the reply big. With the price of oil taking a shit I have been cut back at work and got 5 hungry mouths to feed counting the wife. I guess I should feed her lol. But my lisence is for 49 plants. I have only ever grown 20 at the most but I would expand if it would help put food on the table of corse as long as I'm in a legal grey area or what ever it's called these days. Works scared around these parts and wify dosent want to up root the kids. Thnks again

Lol too many.....is that even possible....lol I didn't think selling to anyone or anything was an option for mmar patients.
It seems like a much more logical approach to disposal of any overages that occur but still
when does HC do anything, that has any logic attached to it?

They approved sales via MMAR.

That's it exactly it dan governments a joke but From my understanding it is a legal grey area. I am curious due to my recent lose of hours and threat of layoff at work fucking oil up down and all around and living in an oil community not much else for jobs got about 10 app/ resume out there but no ones looking right now. Well enough sucking and back to blowing back a bat lol

If they allow LPs to buy from MMAR i dont see why MMAR cant buy from MMAR. I think there is a form, it was floating around in a email. They wanted MMAD number ontop of paper, name, number, address and price.

I would love to see some elaboration of those rules that allow.
I have read all the stuff that pertained to the Transfer of Starting Materials....
But there was never any commitment to how that would be able to take place under the current system.
Lp's fought tooth and nail to prevent themselves from having to buy yours and my strains as starting materials
because it meant we too could set an arbitrary price for our genetic's and face it if you had something that was extraodinary, why would you give it to them at a price they wanted to pay....when that strain could be worth millions...and millions...right?
I think the way the whole mmpr was started was in an effort to mis- inform lots of the patients into giving up their licences and destroying their crops ,stockplies ,seeds and genetic's.......just to see that their supply would remain un-interupted....and that they could dabble in the mmpr market to find an LP that suited them...lofl

If you know of anyone with that form I'm very interested. I need to get my wife off of my back about the money situation. Talk about a merry Christmas talk of layoffs. Bha humbug lol but I love to grow and if I can grow and support my family while helping others well that's exactly what I want to do. If anyone can help please chime in. Oh and no black market I love the bm it was there for me for years but my wife wants me to stay as legal as the mmar is right now.

I dont know of 1 LP selling or producing a patients strain.

The LP startups got from the MMAR. HC allowed it up until the march cut off time. Cant believe nobody remembers...

Does Health Canada have a list of Personal-Use and Designated-Person Production Licence holders who are interested in selling starting materials to licensed producers?
Licensed producers must identify their own source of starting materials. Health Canada is unable to provide any information about Personal-Use and Designated-Person Production Licence holders.
