Gotcha. Going the greenhouse way would require a heavily treed lot and clearing the build site so your are visually protected from your neighbors and the general public. Those steel buildings that are sold in kits may be a less obvious way to go. A 40'x80' shop like that would be an idea starting point for an co-op experiment like we're discussing.Southern-ish 519/905/416
I don't think it would be easy...but yes I think it would be feasible.Other then the laws, it would be easyyy.
It would require a mountain of work. But nothing like rocket surgery.I don't think it would be easy...but yes I think it would be feasible.
Using the greenhouses in the winter would be challenging. Shop grow all winter and have a few thousand clones ready to go for April-may-June.We would need about 200-300k to get to 1st harvest, includes land, shop and 2 large greenhouses. Find some land north or south of highway 6 going from wellington county down to niagra/st catherins area would be cheap and obvisouly the best area to grow.
Veg them to 3ft then plant them may24 weekend...10lb plants my friend.Using the greenhouses in the winter would be challenging. Shop grow all winter and have a few thousand clones ready to go for April-may-June.
Nothing night lights and HVAC can't fix.Greenhouses stay fairly warm in the winter, ive been in 1 with a tshirt and no furnas running.
I got the dosers and backhoes covered boys
Really all we would need for a first year set up is land, a shop and one decent sized greenhouse. Expand from there. The land will be the biggest one time cost. Unless it's swamp/cheap farmland.Greenhouses stay fairly warm in the winter, ive been in 1 with a tshirt and no furnas running.
