Wassup bro. I see everything is going pretty good. Sorry about the herm looks like the heat stress did it. I would've told you to pluck what you can off and see if any more grows back but you've laid her to rest already so that's can't be done. Next time if that arises again try plucking off the sacs and see if they come back. Lots of time they don't come back and if they do a 2nd run of clones of the herm plant won't show sacs and will be just fine. Sometimes it takes more than a 2nd run to get it not to herm. If it still herms after a few runs of clones then you can let it go to see if the pollen is sterile.
Love the way you planned the new setup. That's basically the same setup I have accept you don't have it recirculating back into the res after it drains. Have you thought about having it recirculate so you don't have to fill the res up so many times. Also this will def help with being able to flush if your scrogging. Everything looks amazing bro keep it up. Don't worry about the herm thing to much it happens to us all eventually just try to keep those temps in check. If you need to get some more fans in there or you may have to get stronger exhaust and intake to help cool it
Hi my bro yeah part from the herm things are going well didn't know you could pick the sacks off will try that next time thanks for the heads up
that's good info to have with that in the tent it was taking up to much space anyway so it was good to get it out that way the other two get prime light space
I just turn the pots 25% a day to make sure they all get good lighting on all sides heats alot better now
I got my bigger inline fan going didn't think it would help as the room is sealed but it really helped so wish i did it sooner live and learn
also my local grow shop suppler said it's not good to recirculate coco and just run it as a run to waste and thanks to doing that in my last run i noticed a good change in the plants and they yielded better
What i will do now that i am all set up is to up the res so it water last me over a week that why its kind of flushing it and if the run off gets high ill just add more clean water and ph it
I couldn't boost the Jack up on the stand with the legs for my scrog net are short as i cut them down plus the light is at max height and putting in on a stand would have the plant about 6" away from the light and it would be great if i could have it that close but i don't want to risk burns
so i put it on bricks gave it a huge flush with a light feed took 30 gallons of water to bring the ec down to a normal level as it only has 4 weeks left i am not going to flush till the last week
I know next time to make sure i don't leave my pots on the ground was hard work lifting it up and trying to not break any stems from lifting it in the scrog net was a real pain in the ass took me a good hour
shes starting a PK boost on the next feed but only at 1/2 the recommend level for the first feed then ill give it full two days later and make sure she can handle it
i might of been lucky i had the salt build up in a way as the EC was so high and didn't burn... but the plants loved it so green and happy all leaves praying to the light
always nice to see
anyway ill put some photos up in a few hours
