Area 51 RW-75. How much vertical space do you have. 5w LEDs need more distance than 3w. I think LEDs mounted in reflectors need more distance than those mounted on white backboards. I have a UFO with 3w on white backboard and it can be 4" from the canopy. If you can manage 16" vertical distance, the RW-75 is your best bet, supplemented with a couple Cree 60w equivalent (9.5w actual) bulbs from Home Depot (in clamp-on reflectors). That would give you 23.5w per sq ft.best led for a 2x2 area please! how close can the canopy be to these leds?
still gotta make a secret cab to fit in my closet. what dimensions would be best for the amount of light you mention?Area 51 RW-75. If you go with a Chinese import light (like my Blackstar UFO), you'll need more like 30w sq ft. They're not as efficient as Cree.
The RW75 is designed for 20x20 with 12-16" vertical space in flower. If you increase the width/depth you can fill in with those Cree 9.5w/60w equiv bulbs from home depot.still gotta make a secret cab to fit in my closet. what dimensions would be best for the amount of light you mention?
Apache Tech AT600 is the only true 1000w replacement. Scotch above me gave the run down on the company and a link to my grow with them. More of my grows with it in my signature. It really is the best light out. Price is then only thing that keeps apaches on most people dream list. But if you are serious and want the best, call apache and they will definitely work with you guys.If you had no budget on setting up a grow room, what would be the best, top of the line, LED lights you would buy? Buddy wants me to help him set up a veg and a flower room with all LEDs. From what ive heard californialightworks is the best but wanted to see if anyone has had better luck with anything else

400watts so it draws just over 200w.. but its under 200 bucks Delivered... these are 5watt diodes also... http://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free-Shipping-400w-mars-2-led-grow-light-strip-for-medical-plants-greenhouse-and-indoor-plants/1816886365.htmlHey guys, I've been doing my fair share of reading but I need more of a solid opinion on LED FLOWERING lights.
Currently in a 3x3x6 tent
I know I'm going to have to purchase at least 2 lights to cover my area.
My question is what's the best bang for your buck?
Mars II is what I'm looking into
Or what LED full spectrum lights have you had the most success with?
Sorry if this has been answered somewhere in the 3k posts lol
what counts is photon efficiency, see this as lumen/watt for plants.Where did you hear that? dont spread that misinformation please.
3 posts,In all fairness it's the AT120 in that chart, but you are turnin my head with how much you speak of spyder, guod
It covers 20"x20" optimally, 24x24" max. You'd need some supplemental light to get about 20-25w sq. ft. (if the supplemental light is of the same efficiency as the RW. If it's not, you'd need 30'ish.).how does the area 51 rw75 sound for a 3x2 cabinet?
