If you want to add everything to the dirt you might not have to feed your plant!!. U just have really good dirt!!im always hearing about how marijuana needs expensive nutes to get huge.. FUCKING WRONG.. just a little good dirt and old fashioned gardening..
this plant right here was a bag seed that decided to toss in along some pepper plants i have growing.. have not touched it other than water.....

False. The best growers on this site use nutes...If your growing 10 pounders you can't rely on The dirt alone...your plant looks good but garden bosses looks better... jjs look better ...shit in there gardens your plant would probably be a branch they cut off.. u had enough in that dirt but is there enough left will it be starving during flower? U gotta ask yourself these things... plant problems is not that big of a deal I feel great when I'm able to correct them...it brings me even closer to the plant after all I am all it has..
Lol your an idiot..unless you amend and keep your soil alive you can't expect to have everything your plant needs....I'm not saying you can't condition or prepare your soil for the long run I'm just saying don't randomly walk outside dig a hole and assume just cuz it vegged OK that it's going to have everything you need for flower to......organic gardeners add teas and organic matter to the dirt...it's not just in there with an endless supply..If it was everyone would just put plants in the ground and grow 10 pounders!!False.
First off you dont know the genetics nor how long it has been vegging, and you dont know what part of the world he lives in, so its unfair to make a statement like yours.
And 2nd, if you truly think soil cant produce "10 pounders" then there truly is no hope for sustainability because growers like you are poisoning the earth with bottled boo boo with no scientific backing. No offense to other who choose to, but in defence of true organics, it should be called out.
Lol "cant rely on the dirt alone"
I have one question what does the genetics have to do with the fact that no one knows how much food is in the soil it doesn't matter what strain it is every living plant needs food...I agree if you are in certain places in the world the soil can definitely be richer! but again what does that have to do with potash. Calcium. Magnesium. Sulfur ,boron, copper, iron zink, beneficial microbes? Imo digging a hole and dropping a plant isn't true organics. ..it's just being lazy and hoping that it works!!False.

How about rely on the dirt and let the genetics and enviroment do the rest!
If you re read the ops post he said "good old dirt and old fasion gardening" so becausse he said that we can assume he is amending the soil and maybe using organic teas. He NEVER said put a plant at a random spot to grow 10lbs.Lol your an idiot..unless you amend and keep your soil alive you can't expect to have everything your plant needs....I'm not saying you can't condition or prepare your soil for the long run I'm just saying don't randomly walk outside dig a hole and assume just cuz it vegged OK that it's going to have everything you need for flower to......organic gardeners add teas and organic matter to the dirt...it's not just in there with an endless supply..If it was everyone would just put plants in the ground and grow 10 pounders!!

I'm a terrible mediator - but I think the point forever & holyghost are trying to make is that if you start with a decent soil mix you won't have to go crazy with bottled nutes. The aren't saying that plants don't need to eat anything...If you re read the ops post he said "good old dirt and old fasion gardening" so becausse he said that we can assume he is amending the soil and maybe using organic teas. No shit you cant due that, most soil is destroyed by ppl and especially urban area where metals are heavy due to construction and ither chemicals.
Get your shit straight, and watch the name calling, lol hurt my feelings
Lol I see we are on the same subject just on different pages I agree with what your saying I believe organic farming can produce just as good if not better results. ..we agree with each other I thought he just dug a hole and bought an organic bag of dirt.. With the size of the plant I can see its not getting pushed food wise at all. I know this man that grows 12 foot monsters. And only gets about a pound.lol they use everything in the dirt during veg when it's time to bud they sputter out!.compost teas are an organic farmers best friend!!If you re read the ops post he said "good old dirt and old fasion gardening" so becausse he said that we can assume he is amending the soil and maybe using organic teas. Obviously you dont understand nature.
