I don't think this would be allowed by society. If you look at history, society was way ahead of legislation, decades even. The 50's saw a huge national push for equal rights that was blocked by LBJ and Gore, yet your side gives LBJ credit for equal rights, it's confounding. Jackie Robinson and Branch Rickey did more for advancement and equality in this nation than our government did. In fact, our government did it's best to prevent this and only after rioting, protests and public outrage did they finally get on board.

I think people are advanced enough to sort the racist shit out without government intervention, you seem to think white people would revert back to the 50's south. From an objective stand point, which opinion is based in racism?
