well their rules vary for employers 50+ employee and less than 50. i'm not up on the details. i do know if you have a policy and want to renegotiate insurance companies are robbing employers.

so you know what they do? go to the aca website and have them put in their info..see what they qualify for.
people are getting subsidies if you earn up to $50,000 for single person.
they can then choose their level and plan..it's so simple.
i get an invoice every month showing zero balance.

obamacares numbers are "good" only because the expansion of indigent medical care programs put more and more people on the programs, and the law itself wrecked many people's existing insurance programs, forcing them to go to the "exchanges" or have no health insurance AND pay the penaltax
the uninsured people known as "The Working Poor" are still largely uninsured, and now get to pick either paying the penaltax or shelling out shitloads for health insurance that doesnt cover shit, with a subsidy that STILL leaves the insurance options out of financial reach.
yeah you could always give them the value of your insurance match in their paycheck.

Yep, I know. I prefer to give bi weekly bonuses to everyone in a rotation I've developed that no one knows. That way they feel personally thanked and it comes in cash from me personally rather than a check. Cooler that way, and cheaper for me because I don't have a continually increasing payroll.

They dont make you buy insurance to protect yourself or your property. They force you to buy insurance to protect other people and their property.

a poolboy who "services" a dozen guys daily for a whopping $25k a year like you is probably too irresponsible and reckless to buy insurance, so obamacare subsidizes your insurance costs.
a magnate of the pool scrubbing industry like you making about 200% of poverty would have his insurance capped at 7% of income, or about $140 a month. that's the cost of an ounce of weed from yours truly, which is not a whole lot.
now, should an irresponsible bum like you choose to roll the dice, you have to pay a penalty tax every year which is much lower, but actuarially covers your hypothetical yet inevitable health care expenses so that responsible folks like me don't have to pay your eventual bills when you come down with skin cancer from scrubbing pools in the arizona sun all day.
yes, obamacare is health insurance reform that protects people like me from the irresponsibility of bums like you.
