Is Attitude reputable?

I didn't see a vendor forum so I hope this is in the right place.

I placed an order with them and received my seeds today. Unfortunately my "pick n mix" part of the order was messed up, I order two SSH and two Trainwreck but received only one of each. I'm pretty disappointed to say the least (not to mention the inconvenience this causes).

I emailed them earlier today and I'm just wondering if anyone has had any experiences like this with them. Think they'll do right by me?

Seriously? They short me two seeds and now I'm going to have to spend MORE money with the company in order to get them?

Don't worry about attitude they will do you right. If you paid for it you will get it, be cool with them about it and they make it up to you. You'll get your beans plus extra. They sent me a empty breeders pack one time, I sent them an email and they sent it out again no charge to me. You staying a loyal customer means more to them then 2 seeds an shipping.

Awhile back i ordered two paks white fire og. Got both. Popped 11. Kept 6 all were feminized and females. All six turned out to be gorgeous plants that became monsters and yielded .8 g/w. Packaging was discreet. No complaints. Expensive at 20/bean but worth it. Will order again.

Definitely be nice about it and they will look after you, if you act like a dick they are more likely to not help you. Sounds like an honest mistake that can be rectified pretty easily :)

Attitude has always done right by me! One order had to be reshipped twice yet they STILL gave me a few extra beans to make up for the wait. Had some crushed in that same order (the second reship). They replaced those as well. These are good people.

I have been using them for 6 years. Only one order confiscated by customs. Took pic of package with the dreaded green tape, emailed them and they resent my beans with no problem. There had been quite a few cases of the green tape, but without getting into detail, they have added another shipping option which is the way I received that replacement pack. I think the tshirt deal has been figured out by customs at certain locations. I received many a seed with those shirts! I may be wrong, but they seem like the largest of the seedbanks you see online. They also appear to want to keep their reputation and remain competitive in the game. Some of the freebies I have received were KILLER! ( Pineapple Express, Kandy Kush, Sour Kush)

As long as they can get their seeds to my door, they will get my business.

i have used attitude ,the single seed center [worldwide i think] & sannies all have worked out but have the most orders with attitude i mail them cash money for my orders, no credit card& no pay-pal it would be so easy for them to pocket the cash but several orders over a period of close to 5 years & no problems leads me to think theyre gonna do right by you keep us posted

Yea, I know better than to act like an ass about this kind of thing, I know it happens. The only thing that had me concerned was I had a bad experience with an ethnobotanical dealer (a shady African one) once that refused to rectify a packing issue (5 Tabernanthe Iboga seeds at $50 a pop! This was about a decade ago before you could readily find such seeds.). I know these companies deal with some shady people who are looking to capitalize on the anonymity of the internet and so I was concerned they would think I was making this situation up trying to get some free beans...

Attitude is aces as far as I'm concerned (mind you it is my first purchase), quick shipping, fair prices, and from the looks of it, great customer support.

For the record, I went with the shirt option and had no issues (easily worth the extra $13 just for the shirt alone, I'm actually wearing it right now). I know this has probably been covered in this forum before, but real quick can I ask what happens if customs seizes your goods? Do the authorities ever follow up on such things or do they just take your beans?

I can't say for sure but I will tell you what one of my many attorneys told me: they don't have the resources. The feds are interested in 500 light grows. its not worth their time to chase you down for a few seeds.
I did have a friend get some (significant amount of) money confiscated from the mail and the DeeE Ay called him. they said if you make a stink we will investigate you and everyone you know. if you let it go, we won't. fuckers

They're 100% and though they're expensive, their freebies are top of the line. I pay $20 a bean, but I get small orders and guaranteed shipping. Every one popped and every fem was fem
