Okay,
I have a typical "budget" conundrum...and I could use some input.
I'm going to be growing 2 or 3 auto's for personal in a small closet/tent (2x4x4).
I pretty much have my mind set on an Advanced LED Diamond Series 150W ($225)
http://www.advancedledgrow.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=33&product_id=51
but...
I'm being enticed by advertising and wondering if the Apollo Horticultures being offered by lowballer
on Amazon and e-bay would benefit me in the short term...
The 300W standard full spectrum panel: - ($199.75)

or the PurpleSun COB - 300W: - ($231)

The reviews on the Apollo Horticultures are definitely a mixed bag...a couple pretty decent reviews on lowballer, himself.
Is this just a common scenario of "You get what you pay for"? or "If something seems to good to be true, it usually is"?
Like I said, I'm only growing 2 or 3 auto's at a time. Do I just pony up for the better quality/better rep and feel good about the quality of the DS 150W?
Or would the cheaper but higher wattage lights benefit my grow? I know wattage is only as good as the fixture's ability to transfer it to light and that the
complaint with cheaper panels is that the extra power just gets transferred to heat.
Someone set me straight.
Thanks
