Hey Cdd, they look good and you should be stoked to get through to a harvest, many people fuck things up entirely and never get there at all.
I am in the process of drying 1/4 to half my harvest at the moment (hard to tell as there is a ton of buds to cut still but probably 3/4 are smaller than what I cut already, the other 1/4 the same or bigger).
Here are some pictures.
First picture is of the dried out trim, still a ton of trim to add as this was top cola trim (much more on the lower buds, with less weighted buds obviously).
Second picture is of the smaller colas, there are 6 big colas about sauce bottle size inside a box in the flowering cabinet along with another 10-15 small buds.
Third picture is of some of the small buds that were just about dried out that I put in my personal stash jar open so they still air out and don't mold.
Will get a scale once the other buds are dried out so I can do some weights and give you an impression of the 3 strain smokes in a few weeks when cured.
Looks like about 2-6 oz though at a rough guess, not great but due to the 2 colas that were about 10 grams each getting chucked (mold) and first time hydro, ill take it. Will wait till everything is trimmed and dried in a few weeks till I give definite results though. 8 oz would make me really happy (half the wattage of my 400w), but not going to count on it.
