here is the bottom part just make Styrofoam top so it floats and you can use whatever to hold plants in. all this is a dish pan that iwll fit in my dome with air line(holes from saftey pin) and stainless steel washers to hold it down.

Yeah, I just added a little air pump to the setup when I got it. It kinda looks like one of those small fish tanks, works A OK+ for me..
So I guess that's all that counts. I agree though, they could always make them better. Hell, I couldn't resist from buying it though! It was only 3$ brand new at a garage sale last summer.

Heres my latest update. The only thing I didn't post a pic of was a bag of soil. I use MG organic choice and mix it with the bag of perlite shown. I don't add anything else to it. The water bottle is I use to water with is the only thing i'm anal about. I never ever water from a jug, only with the bottle as I feel it doesn't contribute to the compaction isssues we as container gardeners face. I put up a pic of the culprit who's responsible for the half missing leaf on my little indica plant. Damn furball!!Well see if the pics of the pipe I'm smoking on reveal my age. hahaha I know some of you know when those were popular. My dad got it from a friend when I was in Jr high and my mom dug it out recently and gave it to me. What a trip down memory lane. lol.... Enjoy the pics....J
?: Nice & green.. That's the thing, its just fine to use those higher based Nitrogen fertilizers if you know what your doing. I tell ya though, someone just starting out will most likely end up burning the hell outta their babies if not careful! I would use MG when I was a kid (15) or so, honestly because that's all I could really get my hands on, and it was cheap. I would try & follow the directions to a tee! lol that was my issue. There is NO way you can feed a "seedling" a NPK like MG has and expect it to make it. lol Way to HIGH. So once I got the hang of it after many attempts, I would do OK with using those higher NPK ratios. You have to start off with lower doses diluting the mix down to like 1/4th tsp per gallon, sometimes less then that just to keep from burning your younger plant that was 2 to 3 sets of leaves. I always just let seedlings do their thing. Then just watch um, once they start showing yellow & have done ate their cotyledons that's when I would start with that low mix.. OH! Yeah, thats an old piece you have there. Looks like 1 my Dad made outta brass pipe fittings. lol. I would say your in you early to late 40's.. by the judge of that bowl you showed. I've found that MOMS really don't require all that much (lighting) that is. However it is good to prune them back here and there just to keep the plant from getting way to bushy, and kinda expose all the middle & lower growth. when I have mothers of course. However here recently I have been keeping my "mothers" small by dwarfing them bc of lack of space. Then when I am good and ready for them to start growing I just replant, then move to the vegging chamber for 3 to 5 weeks, then off to the flowering room she goes. I try and wait until they are in flowering before taking any of my clones. I have found that method easier for me. 1,000 bulbs.com have good deals on MH/HPS also Amazon.I have a 400 watt ceramic metal halide on standby if I need it, but I don't want to if I don't have to. The bulbs are almost a hundred bucks apiece nowI almost shit my pants the last time I checked. lol

Haha.. Oh not shit bro. Just sitting here fooling with this Lost Coast OG I took yesterday. Wasn't able to be on much & take care of a few things because of the snow storm, and also vehicle shopping. lol But I am back now..

Hey guys. Sorry I have been away for a day or so. Had to take care of some auto business. Thought I would show you want I went ahead and got. IMO I got a damn good deal! She's a 1998 FORD Explorer fully loaded, right at 90,000k was garage kept, only had 1 owner. I was able to talk the guy down from 3,000$ to 2,500$. So with heir processing fee & all that other shit, the total with tittle in hand was only 2,800$. She runs like a CHAMP! Has clean looking oil, looks like honey. No tailpipe residue, no noise under the hood, and has a engine clean enough to eat off. The only thing I found wrong was the hood latch wouldn't close down all the way so I had to bungee it until I could get it fixed, which I did..
I went ahead and took my Lost Coast OG yesterday. Here's a few pictures of that..
