Its a matter of mentality. They would never admit defeat, and always declare victory regardless of what actually happens in reality.
In the iran-iraq war, one of the deadliest, and most violent wars ever fought, both sides took tons of casualties and both sides declared victory.
Iranian officials said it was the "greatest victory in the history of the Islamic Republic of Iran" (from wikipedia) even though they had over 250000 dead.
The goal was to prevent Iran from getting neuclear weapons. If that agreement achieves that, then fuck what they say.
They will always claim victory.... its annoying, but nothing more. Let him say whatever the fuck he wants.
But if obama was manipulated into giving the iranians more time and remove sanctions while they keep running their facilities and enriching uranium. Then we're all fucked... only time will tell...
