Thanks hopefully this turns out to be my best grow cause so far it's looking like it.

Popping a freebie today called "Dinachem"

Gonna 12/12 it from seed since I've had a pot with medium in it already ready to go, might as well get something going.

It's actually a Critical Kush from Barneys Farm. I had removed my Skywalker early on from a very slow start I figure it's best if I just start over on it next time.
My next grow is going to be Reserva Privada Vs G13 Labs 3 plants each so it should be fun. Will be including Skywalker in that, should start before Feb.

Absolutely, I started on Dec 1 late at night. That is when I switched to 12/12.
I personally didn't know you were suppose to start calling it flower time otherwise, I figured it was once you switch to 12/12.

I think I just got one of those good seeds in the bunch, one that was matured. I really didn't do anything special.
In fact almost the entire veg cycle I ignored the plant and didn't really care for it much. During the last 2 weeks of veg I noticed a huge growth spurt and I figured yup now is time to flip because it was getting way too big.

I tried supercropping and topping 1 week prior to flower, not sure if it had any affect on the plant, but I'm loving it so far.
I'm hoping in another week or two it starts to show its true colors and explodes with growth as it's still stretching towards the light right now and I figure once it stops its flower growth it'll start putting all the energy into promoting bud and trichome growth.

An 8 week strain will really start to show its true colors swelling at about 5 weeks and packing on weight for 2 weeks. Last week keep rh at 30% or as low as you can get it without causing any temp issues to pack on the trichomes. I always count flowering days from 12/12 flip, there are a few folks out there who say otherwise but from my experience, starting at 12/12 has been accurate for every strain I've grown.

No pictures with this update.

It is week 4 of flower, I can start seeing the "Buds" poke out the top of each cola as well as the top colas being a lot far along than the other colas you can see the "buds" poking out everywhere on the top buds with them swelling up like crazy.
The smell is more of a kush smell now and not so much fruity like it was during veg. It almost has a fuel/sour smell & extremely sticky. I hate touching the buds because I feel like even slightly touching them removes all the trichomes.

Critical Kush is now on my list of beans for next order. Looks to be an awesome strain and job very well done growing her to potential. Hope I get the same pheno. Nice, very nice! GJ MedicatedGrow!

It's getting harder and harder to capture the trichomes and buds upclose as my camera refuses to stay focused because of the fan leaves, no matter what mode I put it in.
I always have to be 5-8 inches from whatever I'm taking a picture of which sucks.

Anywhere here we are, week 4, and I'm proud.
This is my personal best grow ever and I didn't even give her TLC till 1 week before flower.
Next time I promise to grow with all the TLC I can give, next time will be Girl Scout Cookies!
Already the plant is starting to sway from side to side each day because of the weight she is gaining she doesn't know which side to lean on so I started to help her out with some rope.
Some of the pics are taken under HPS/MH combo, a few days ago I switched to HPS/HPS combo, and some are with lights off. So colors may be a bit tricky under the HPS/HPS combo.

One of the lights fell on her, it was just a bare bulb not the hood. I since fixed that so it never happens again.

It was only for about 5-10 seconds but a few fan leaves got burned in the process nothing major, she just isn't as pretty as before.
