Do you check all your boxes before you feed?ph ppm soil what’s in it what are you feeding lots of perlite it’s key in your soil if you are starting to grow check your boxes important do your homework on the strain

I wouldn't panic yet. Its pretty young and just getting started.

Just kidding . It’s very young so it falls to sensitivity issue from medium. If you have a decent potting mix to start it will feed it.
If soil is mild it may need supplement feeding for plant . But is always an issue with some growers freaking out on some
early growth. It WILL GROW OUT OF IT if you don’t for one overfeeding it , overwater it’s or any other unnecessary tactic to “ push “ it.
Some strains are just sensitive to early conditions then it acclimates .
