Yellow, rigid, twisted new growth

Any insight on why this could be happening? I can think of a few things I've tried to tweak but I'm curious what people say about this without specific details. Trying to get different perspectives, I appreciate pretty much any input, cheers.

The leaves almost look like they're condensing due to how big they get, I was tempted to think overwatering but I'm not sure. The pot does have more moisture than it should but I think it's more so less oxygen than too much water, so I gave it a splash of fresh tap water at its stem to maybe help. I watered with acidic water since I saw a magnesium deficiency and knew my ph was too high. I may have raised it too much so I dripped in the 7.5 or so ph tap water. Fixed the mag prob almost instantly but now it's growing all funky about 5 days later.. Heat stress was slight, light stress rather, although heat stays between 75-85 for the most part I think the one plant was just too close. I have a LOT of variables, I'm just testing some random stuff out very spontaneous. I'm not exactly a beginner but I'm definitely no pro quite yet, I appreciate any advice.

What medium and what light? Distance of light? Nutrients fed?

Soil, organic mix, part potting mix with perlite part dark heavy topsoil. A 60w led corn 2700k, 26w 5000k, 13w 5000k, 19w led 2700k, no nutes besides some superthrive but I did mess with some water adding vinegar n h202. The fresh water I dripped them last night did help growth but it's still strange growth

Look like deficiencies. Check your pH level to make sure it's in range, otherwise the plants can't transport the nutrients through the plants. Then, cut out all supplements, and feed with very easy nutrients, like GH Maxi series.

Transplant to big pot with new earth with lots of perlite. Feed normally. Only water when earth is dry 2 inches in.
