Would these lights from work in house?

Mounted them on aluminum angle iron so they have 6" centers from any direction. Not a very big footprint but I have 2 more 4 - bulb fixtures I plan to set up like outriggers so can hang off each side.

Mine looked similar, just spread out a bit more. In my case I preferred the 3500K bulbs.

All I can find are 5000 and 2700K. Seems to work but not as well as my flouros. Hard to get the good T-12s these days tho. Loved the GE Daylight Ultra at 6500K and 3050 lumens. 40W each. I'd toss a couple of warm white ones in for a bit of different spectrum and extra red. 3 if I was running all 8.

Soil peat pot seedlings into reused rockwool blocks in a flood and drain table..... im not even sure what im looking at but great seedlings by the way

I'd personally toss it and get a new 400 watt digital system, which in my opinion for veg is way overkill.

This dual HPS/MH is $120 on Amazon, but I'd get this for veg which is simply a 4 bulb 4' T5 fixture for $90.

I grow all my plants for 4 weeks under a similar one (have 20 under one right now,) then switch to HPS for finish and they do great, with low energy consumption.

Yup, that's my way of starting plants, 2"x2" peat pots with germination mix, and then once they pop, I place them in 4"x4" Rockwool.
I never had much success with other means of germination, like paper towels, root riots or jiffy plugs, I ended up with a lot of dead seeds/weak plants, so I went to good old fashioned germinating mix and peat pots and am happy with the results.
I keep them for around 4 weeks in the tray, and then transplant into my rdwc with Hydroton.
You can also transplant into soil if you like, like I did with one plant that had a damaged stem and would have fallen over, but I cut all the branches off until the 3rd set, and buried 1/2 the stem, and it seems to have worked.
The plants really develop a strong root system in the Rockwool, and that makes them easy to transplant.
