will this start a fire?

My plant is about 5in tall, and i notice that some new leaves are growing near the bottom that arent getting enough light. so i have a 26w CFL leaning on the edge of my clay pot, is that safe? the clay pot is pretty tough and is really heavy. wat do you think?

the pot wont light but if it gets wet from evaporation u could do sum damge or ellectricute urself
