Will my plants recover?

This is my first post and my first grow!! About 2 weeks ago I flushed my soil, and the next day there were gnats everywhere. I had been keeping them down over the previous week with neem, but they just sprung up. I spread some diamatacious earth on the top of the soil and got some sticky cards, and I haven't seen any since. The leaf damage was pretty extensive, so will they recover? If so is there anything I can do to help them? I just transplanted last night from the soil into a coco-perolite mix and watered with veg nutes hoping to get her into a better medium

What soil was they in ? What nutrients have they been given them at what ph and ppms? Are you using a ph and ppm meter to measure the ph and ppms? I'm remembering my first :eyesmoke:

stop flushing for best results
allow your plant to vegetate until all the leaves are normal and the plant is healthy. water only when the pot is light and dry.
cut your feed in half during this time until healthy

When i first got her I put her in normal potting soil, and she did okay for a bit, but now shes in the coco. I have a ph dropper kit i use for the water. I test it after i put in the nutrients, ph is 6-6.3. The whole ppm thing I still dont quite understand

I had flushed because I thought she had nute burn, dont think that was the case. Thanks for the advice!
