Will 400W CoolTube be too hot for my Cab?

I am using something that parallels the cool hut cabinet system. About 6.5 feet tall with small veg/clone chamber on top.

Do you guys think a 400W cooltube would be too much heat for this setup?

The 400's I have been looking at are the same price of the 250's....so any input would be great
