To get an accurate diagnosis of your plant we need as much information as possible. 1) PICTURE OF PLANT *** VERY IMPORTANT *** 2) Growing indoor or outdoors 3) Watering schedule 4) Growing Medium 5) What stage of growth The more information you put in here the better diagnosis you will get.

Maybe you're just colorblind and the plant isn't yellow. Looks purple to me. Or I'm colorblind.

It would help if you could take another picture in complete darkness so we can compare 
Btw since nobody has told you yet, you are getting an unhelpful response because nobody can diagnose a plant under Barney the dinosaur grow lights. Take a picture in natural light and you should get better answers. It just isn’t possible to help based on the pic you provided.
Also details like
temp
humidity
what you are feeding it
what kind of lights
how far away
etc etc will help.
