Why do the leaves sag

Can someone please educate me on why my plant leaves sag after watering?

They are 1 month old, and I just corrected a problem with a cal/mag issue. The water I am using is also RO'd in the filtration process so I now add cal mag to the water for every feeding. But I water them to the point where they are nice and loaded and have a bit of run off.

Last night I watered 12 1 gallon pots. I used 4 gallons of water. I collected all the run off afterwards and it was less then half a gallon from the 12 combined meaning they held over 3.5 gallons on the 12 1 gallon fabric smart pots. Ppm of water was 270ish before and I measures 127 for the runoff

I was told the smart pots are nearly impossible to over water and I do not think I am over watering whatsoever but am open for help.. or if this is normal and I am over reacting.. thanks

you can overwater smartpots, you aren't watering the pot, you're watering the medium inside it, if it stays wet for too long, that's overwatering. if you don't let it dry out enough between waterings, that's over watering. (unless you're in coco)
your stems aren't sagging, the leaves aren't wilted, but are sagging. that's over watering symptoms.
the dark green coloration and curling leaf tips are signs of too much N.

ok thanks guys, I waited to use nutes until they were a month old. started at 25% suggested dose and then went to 50%. I havent gone higher they are just over 4 weeks now). They grow in happy frog and pro mix @ 50/50 for the medium.

Nute list attached if I could get some guidance as to where to toxicity is coming from that would be great so I could adjust.. First timer here, thanks

I'll also slow waterings down and lighten up

Water only until the water will run off. Not until it's pouring out. A full feed in a 5 gallon bag in my methods is one gallon. No less but no more.
