Which light would you pick to veg

What's up guys I've been researching to see what I should use to veg 4 plants. All of these options are around $130
8 t5 54w floro set up
A bunch of cfls that add up to 300w
A china knock off 300w led

Since everything is the same price I'm going for energy cost and best to veg with.

I would think no matter what they will all use the same amount of energy as long as they are all the same wattage. Except for the led which i believe is really only 230w( I don't understand that a 300w equilvilent led can grow as good as 300 actual watts from the cfl or floros)

I use HO T5's 54w each. Work nice. I do keep them going into flower for side lighting as well.

I use 2'x 8 T5's at 24w 6500K

I use a 250W Metal halide with the usual reflector, its not on your list but I thought I'd post and say I get great results with it, you may have reasons for using CFL's etc such as keeping heat down etc and if so carry on, but don't disregard a MH
