Where do yall grow?

Hey,

Just curious if it's all that difficult to rent an industrial unit to set up a grow in Ca?

Im in Michigan and people are starting to be able to legally grow in rented units with approval from the landlord, city, and all that.

I plan to move to San Diego in about a year and was hoping to do the same...

Anyone with any feedback would be greatly appreciated

well its beyond your wildest dreams on the west coast right now im up in wa the whole coast is blown up

You have to cold call rental ads and ask if they are ok with legal grows,most will say no but eventually a spot can be found. Places that are in older/rundown areas are usually a little more flexible

The ones that are open to it dont want to let someone set up thats gonna fail and default on a lease though so if you can prove that youve been successfully providing to dispensaries (receipts) and that you have plenty of money set aside then that would also help.
