what is the problem with my riu account

i had to make new Account just now my other 1 will not let me login saying rong password i reset it and still sayin g smaething tried 4 times anyone know what my issue is other ppl had this problem before???

I don't know if this is the same problem that you are having, but I had a problem logging in yesterday. When I went to put my login password it actually showed the password as I typed it in instead of the black dots so people can't see it. I hit enter and it said wrong password and/or login name. Then it went to a different web page with the login name and login password in the middle of the page instead of the top right corner. I tried putting my name and password in again and it worked this time. I hope this helps somewhat if you are having the same problem that I did.

I have had this happen before, and I noticed that if your password is visible when you type it in it will not log you in. If you have the black dots you should be good to go.

I read another poster that had that happen about 4 months ago, you won't see him posting again for another 12-18 months.

Did you clear your cookies? That sometimes helps with shit like that.

It was doing that to me as well, but it's not anymore. I'm assuming it's fixed now. However if it does that again when you go to the next page and your login, and password are on the screen instead of in the upper bar it will work. Like the other poster said if it shows your password instead of black dots it wont work.
