What is the number of patients that can be used in a "caregiver" status grow, CA. Generally how many patients can I grow for without getting into trouble without becoming a collective, etc.

In the case that they do take my plants will I be arrested?
How can I prove legal caregiver status? Housing, health, or safety of that patient or person?
