O Brother? cnDamn what was that movie, I love that one. Damn dogs r following ur damn pomade.
Bed Bath and Beyond has nice torches for half the price as smoke shops.......good torch anyone, pocket torch.?
I paid 30 for a vertigo triple torch, it's a piece of shit like all the others.
I bought the Bernz-O-Matic brand at the hardware store. Several years of my own low-tech way of dabbing (I have my own terminology) and it's going great guns. cnYeah, I don't know if those creme brulee torches are any good....I've been looking for a good hand torch too, but I just got one from Harbor Freight that was(so surprise here) so shitty that it broke before I got it home. That's what I get for trying to pay 6.99 for a torch...lol...
haha...Funny, that is what I bought the first day I made my first batch of BHO like a year ago...Been going strong, and I just recently had to replace the propane for the first time...Then I read somewhere that propane+ti nails for dabbing is a no-no...I don't know WHY, exactly, butI suspect it might have something to do with the heat of the flame, and the rate at which titanium dioxide builds up on the nail.I bought the Bernz-O-Matic brand at the hardware store. I forgot to specify that it's the Bernz-O-Matic butane torch that matches those Bed Bath items in size and shape. I think that unless you have a small-orifice propane torch (the usual homeowner's torch is too hot) the butane would be preferred for nails. But I never had a need to go with nails&domes, and consider them clunky, expensive, fragile and inefficient. Jmo. cnhaha...Funny, that is what I bought the first day I made my first batch of BHO like a year ago...Been going strong, and I just recently had to replace the propane for the first time...Then I read somewhere that propane+ti nails for dabbing is a no-no...I don't know WHY, exactly, butI suspect it might have something to do with the heat of the flame, and the rate at which titanium dioxide builds up on the nail.
Butane burns around 1500F.. As long as it uses butane, and it's a torch lighter. It should be fine for dabbing.Yeah, I don't know if those creme brulee torches are any good....I've been looking for a good hand torch too, but I just got one from Harbor Freight that was(so surprise here) so shitty that it broke before I got it home.
