Where are the homes u have how much down how much a month do they have basements how many bd.I just want a marijuana friendly landlord .It will be Myself my wife and two kids I got small dogs I am a tattoo Artist and medical caregiver so money will never be a problem
Tattoo artist , boy 40 yrs ago we could of done a rent for ink deal , im sleeved out with my back covered & upper chest , all prison ink so ya know its faded badly , i own a home in Brownstown thats being remodeled as we speak & should be ready mid spring,earlier if you can wait on yard fence install .
Keep in mind we dont own/rent shitholes in bad neighborhoods or low rent high crime areas , section 8 & welfare tennants trashed all our moderate monthly rent homes so we dumped them all to focus on middle to upper class working tennants who demand nice housing .
All of our homes are in upper class areas , we put alot of $ into our properties so we run everybody's credit , mainly to see how their rental payment history has been & to see if they trash properties .
