Stick to Indica unless you have a very long growing season. They usually have higher yields also.

I would go with some type of Skunk

skunk is sativa, some company offers skunk rudierialus or autoflowering skunk but the plants still get 3 plus feet high. Go indica, something like black domina, NL, big bud.

NL is more indica than sativa. the seeds you want to use depend on your climate too. early misty is a decent indica for commercial growth and grows even in colder climates. its tch content is decent and it harvests early in the season. its also a real easy grow. but other more potent strands are doable outdoors too.

all in all, there is no such thing as a perfect strain for any ideal harvest, or maybe there defenatley is, i guess perfecting what strain to use includes yourself actually learning about the strainbase we have these days and implicating it to your advantage considering quality of growing season and arrival of frost...growing a pot plant is much like growing a stalk of corn, read the label and plant the seed, if you water it right and plant at the right spot then fertalizing should be a minute point...

yo beaner i think hes just lookin for a lil info. I understand wat ur sayin its hard to answer a question with out some basic background knowledge, but ur obviously an intelligent guy, throw him a bone dude. "most" people understand the basic idea of growin, and the whole its a weed, give it water and it'll fuckin shoot threw the roof sayin is more farfetched then it is beliveable i think. however, im just sayin hes wantin to know bout stains, its so hard to find out about strains Now-a-days unless u have garden with 5o different strains each year. cuase u cant rely on seedbank discriptions they are all basiclly cookie cutter discriptions. They all say they're med to high yeilders and surely they're all VERY pontent! just sayin man with the time spent writing that post you couldve probly passed on some of ur knowledge to an open mind. anyways peace out guys.. and im not in it for the commercial aspect but id say "BIG BUD" would sound like the most obvious choice..

and doesnt it rain alot on the east coast, might wanna try somethin thats fairly hardy and restinant to mold... good luck fellars. peace
