I am in week 6 and my buds seem very small! In dwc. Its stardawg and apparently its a 7/8 weeker but surely there is longer to go yet as they haven’t even started swelling at all…

slightly worried by the size of them, anyone think I’m overthinking it or they are actually pretty small
Set up is 1x600w pro lumatek zues 1 x300w pro lumatek in a 9x5 and nutes are at a stable 2.6 ec snd ph 6.0.
Only issue i can see is my water temps range from 15c to 19c i know thats cold but will it be that detrimental that it massively crashes my yield

So by cutting back on N shall i lower ec? I will keep High pk? They have been 12/12 since October 25, they showed signs lf being in flower before 2weeks from 12/13 they just have stagnated. Do you think water temps are making a difference. Cheers people

Strain in stardawg from msnl seeds. Always use them and are always really good! Supposed to be a 7/8 weeker lol!

Ah so there's the confusion, they've only been 12/12 for about a month, so they've only been flowering about 2 weeks.

To add to the info people have already shared, you have the 'budding'/'pre-flower' phase that starts first when you start the plants on 12/12. This period is when they are just budding and starting to flower out. After 1-3 weeks (correct me if I'm wrong) then you are actually into the flower phase.

Okay well thanks everyone for the information! I am not overly concerned when they are done i was more worrying about them being at this size with only 2 weeks left but they have longer (thank god) will keep an eye on ec over next few days and may back off 0.2/0.4 but keep pk up

Yeah, soon as I saw em I thought 3 weeks in.

You filling that whole 9x5 with only 900w of led?
If so that's way under lit .

shouldn't ever need that high ec, I flower whole way with 1.2 up to 1.4 if my hand slips.

plants will generally take what they want nutrients wise and having a high ec in hydro won't totally fuck you up but Nitrogen is a luxury to them and they'll take what they can even though its detrimental to flowering .

just drop the EC and don't fuck with the ratios
