I attempted to make weed butter yesterday and after a night in the fridge is still liquid... Any insight would be much appreciated!
I used about 3-4 grams if weed, about 120 ml of butter, a small measuring cup worth...
I boiled water in a pot then added the butter... The butter was already liquid when I added it... I had melted it on a pan.. Could this be the problem? It shouldn't make a difference I think to add liquid butter instead of solid shouldn't make a difference but who knows??
After I added the liquid butter to the water I lowered the stove to simmer and put the weed in and let it simmer for 2 hours. After that I strained it into a container through a standard kitchen strainer.
Anyway I was just wondering what my options are. Will it work if I use it in a receipe that includes water?
Also worth noting that the Colour of it is not green but pale champagne...
Anyone have any ideas!!!?
