Warehouse vs in Home Grow

i live in a state where growing at all is a no no...ive been growing at home but im thinking of expanding to a 20X30 warehouse grow with 4 1000 watts to start...the warehouse area is located in a fairly deserted part of town with very few neighbors who from what it looks like run small machinery businesses...my only true concern is if the power (which is included in the rent) spike would raise suspicion of the leaser? or would it even be noticeable compared to other small or heavy machinery? is this a terrible idea? lol

before anyone rips my head off which happens on internet forums i have looked through the forum but all that i have found are warehouse ops in states with medical laws...
i know this is a newbie question and im definitely going to catch some hate for this but honest and serious feedback is very much appreciated....

I think it would be a LOT easier for the owner of the property and or the police to enter a commercial property. Commercial properties are not afforded the same protection and right to privacy as a home residence. Also it would be rather fishy for you to rent a commercial property, you would need to set up a business "front" to make it not look suspicious.

"A business owner's expectation of privacy in commercial property is less than the privacy interest afforded to a private homeowner and is particularly attenuated in commercial property used in "closely regulated" industries (i.e., airports, railroads, restaurants, and liquor establishments), where business premises may be subject to regular administrative searches by state or federal agencies for the purpose of determining compliance with health, safety, or security regulations."

i get where your coming from with the whole authority figure thing...i told the guy when i checked it out i was planning on building a recording studio which i figured would look costly on a power bill due to amps and equipment and such

thanks for your input
