Usa credit card cant purchase seeds from out of usa help me

i have a usa credit card that says its only good in the united states how can i order seeds is there a website that is in the united states or how can i go about doing this someone please help me i got my grow room ready just need my seeds help help!

where can i order my seeds from with visa prepaid card from walmart i have tried 3 sites and it say i can only use that card in the usa

Send cash or money order(fake name ,your add). If he is dishonest he would be ripping off credit card customers to. Takes a little longer but youll still get them.

so there is not a place i can just buy them with the card i have

use a freinds pay them the cash and get them to order with ther normal visa/mastercard

Get your self a PrePaid MasterCard or Visa. You don't get charged a monthly fee when there's no money on it and you only have to pay x amount of a fee per transaction. when your order has gone through you can keep it and leave it but use it before it expires or just pay a cancellation fee if there is one.

There are no site in the USA that sells seeds mail order.

I order from hempdepot.ca, and pay with an international money order. It takes about 2 weeks from the day I put the money order in the mail, until I receive my seeds. The $5 shipping makes up for the cost of the money order.

It says on that prepaid card not for international use. Look for a card from a company called pay power. Or call visa and ask them where you can buy a prepaid international use card.

I'd also like to get to the bottom of this. I just bought that same Visa prepaid debit card and in the term and conditions it does not say you can't use it for international purchases, what it does say is that you can't use the card to make transactions in foreign currencies.

Also ttyler27, did you register the card? It says that in order to use the card over the phone or online you have to register it. Of course you can probably give any name/address when you do this, but it might make sense to register it with the address of the place you are going to have stuff shipped to, just for continuity. If this still doesn't work, let us know what you figure out. Maybe there are international gift cards, or maybe the seedbank you're ordering from will accept a transaction in US dollars. Is it Attitude you are ordering from?
