update and some bugs

Hey guys hope you are doin aall great

i was checking the plants and i found some bugs. I didn't find them on the leaves just on the outside of the pot. Anyone knows what beast is it or maybe its just some local fauna?

besides that i saw one bud is not doing well anyone knows what's happened here?

what do you say maybe i should anticipate the harvest a bit? currently as im planning (without anticipation) is 2 - 3 weeks. The trichomes are milky mostly.
and the plants are doing well.

I used the opportunity and squeezed a bit the bad bud and it seems rock hard, so at least its not crispy

i just had a single cola die on me, it was from over feeding . i forgot i used some of the mirical grow organic feed and gave it a second feed . mine went dark purple and now its all wilty and dead

hmmm interesting!! do you think i could still cut just this cola and use it? or leave as it is until i harvest everything?
