UK Air Conditioner Unit ??? WHICH ???

HI, Im wanting an air con unit for my loft grow room. It gets close to 100 in there when its sunny outside in the summer. What should I look for in an ACU?

would a humidifier make the room too wet/mouldy?

can you recommend one, pref cheap, quiet & effective air cooling PLEASE

Will even get from US if anyone can recommend

Oh and I think Im liking 24hr timer with heater built in too. am I asking for too much from one unit?

lv had the same problem as you.Nottingham here.Just brought a air cooler a month or so ago for £45.timer,heater and you can drop the temp down a couple more degrees with ice.got to warch your humidity though.hope this helps.

OK i found a 12000 btu model ex-wickes. Should be getting delivery of it today. This thing heats, cools, humidify's de-humidify's, purify and has a built in fan. I hope its the answer to all my problems

The air con unit works a treat. I set it at 24* and its hard;ly fluctuated. Up and down 2 degrees. Im happy with that. Beats 20-25* shift!
