Looks like your in a coco mix with perlite? If so what is your PH?
PPM?
Temps?
How often have you been watering?I see you said today was first time you watered to runoff what was PPM in and did you test PPM of runoff
Anything else that can shed light on how this grow started and got to this point will help in diagnosing it.
Sorry usually when I post my own forum they’re more detailed.
Watering once a day which what I though was sufficient but there was no run off before today.
Runoff ~1100 ppm, ~6.4ph
Temp stays about 83F with 2 fans going 60% humidity. Only way I can drop temps right now is to turn on carbon filter and that drops humidity to around 45% and temps maybe to 81F
coco perlite tried to do 80/20 watering with around 6.1-6.2Ph distilled water with 100% strength advanced nutrients made for coco as of yesterday. Today I watered with my distilled nutrient mix just a little and watered the rest with plan distilled with a small dose of cal mag because I though that might have been the issue. Have been applying cal mag foliar spray for like last 2 days as well and hasn’t improved the symptoms at all
This is day 12 of the grow since pop

Could it possible be root rot? I m growing in coco and heard not to let it dry up. I water once a day and sometimes the other brim is dry but everything else feels sort of damp but I still water

water coco often but it’s best to water to runoff each time. Need to know what the PPM of nutrient mix your putting in because it may be in lockout from salt build up. I did coco but I only water to runoff once a week and have no issues. I don’t water daily though and I let my coco dry out a bit not fully but a bit till they feel light then water like a 16oz soda bottle full at a time then once a week I flood them and get at least 20% runoff.

what size pot are you in? I have mine in a 5 gallon fabric. I started feeding nutes late and started with 25% which was super low. Had twisting symtoms before I was feeding nutes at all. Thats why I thought it was a calmag Def becasue I was watering straight Ph'd Distilled water

for me to get runoff I think it needs about half a gallon of water but when I did water till runoff it was low ppm and ec because I didnt want to nute burn it

I’m in small 2.5-3 gallon plastic pots.
If you used distilled water it has nothing in it so maybe just try half strength nutrients with full dose of cal/mag and try to add a little epsom salt to the mix and water in at 5.8-6.0 PH and give it a day or 2 and see if it changes. Sometimes it takes a little bit to see changes so hopefully you can get it straightened out.
I feed mine 19-4-23 with epsom salt and photosynthesis plus at a ph of 5.8-6.0 about every 4-5 days so I’m not watering often at all. I also one in a small 2gal smart pot and feeding it same thing but I have to water that one more often because it’s a smart pot so it gets more air.

I have plants that are extremely wet and some extremely dry, and the dry ones can appear just as good as the wet ones but seems to grow slower.

all my plants that are fucked up, is because I fucked up the ph

I’m with hotrod and say ph

Just Keep her on schedule bro.. I had 2 girls do this and they are doing fine...it took about 2 weeks for the leaves to come out normal..I chopped it up to low soil ph and low temps. Was around 5.7 ph in beginning. I kept to my 6.5 to 6.8 ph nutes and brought my temps to 79/ 80..when I seen she was getting straight I dialed the temps back to 76/77.
