or were i am u can get cfls at 42-60 80 and 100 w for like 5 bucks for the 42 and about 25 bucks for the 100what blows my mind is that cfl threads are still going u can get leds that are way cheaper the do the job 10x better
I got a ds 200w led light 7 of the cfl lights and 3 plants just wand max for my 2ft by 2ff by 8 ft space, now the leafs under that are directly under the cfl are 86 and 87 f but the rest of the room is in the 76 to 80 f am i good got good air flow
So that's a yes lol, I had my room around 67 when my ac / heater in my house stopped working and under the CFLs it was still like 85 so I take it that's normal for plants to have warm spots with cfls
it said cfls have infrared light in them and its bad for flowering.... i wonder why advance puts infrared in there led lights then and say its good for plantsWarning Noobs, please see the following link...

Yes.Is this common with CFL growers?
yes it is. Airy buds below is from lack of penetration from the lights. Airy buds up top are from the low light + heat coming off the cfl's because they are soo close. Have you tried a 250hps?I have grown with CFLs because I can't use hot lights in the space I have. But I noticed that my buds were not very dense at harvest. Good quality, but low quantity/output.
