Trimming during flower

I am a little over 3 weeks into flower and need to trim lower branches and leaves just not sure how to go about it or how much to take off? Also will it stress the plant out and make the quality of the buds decline? (Is it worth it to trim now or should I just leave them alone?)

dont bother trimming canopy in flower. you could get rid of that that under growth with no harm done tho. id just cut out the bud sites and leave the rest to either get a little bit of light or fall off naturally. id say that's like, what, 8 inches? that's the spot that makes larfy pffft buds anyway. with the stress deal, you should pay attention to hermieing sites is all. the quality of your tops should increase if you trim out the undergrowth. dont take anything real big but you could get a few clones out of it. there should still be some under developed little branches.

if you use your trim for clones at this stage though, youll notice them making a three leaf style growth but this will go away after its happily back in veg.

nice looking plants!

Your net appears to be doing nothing at all for you so i would just go ahead and get that out of the way. I wouldnt trim any leaves off but thats me.

The plant will dedicate resources to growing leaves instead of flowers if you trim too much.
The plant still has to photosynthesize and will generate leaves for what it needs.
Selective plucking leaves for light penetration is OK but do it as minimal as you can.

leafs make bud

relax the plant will handle the issue

as above remove net

only real advantage to trimming now is to improve venting

which looks ok

good luck

The plant will naturally pull nutrients out of those lower leaves durring flower. So unless you need better circulation of air leave them alone
