Top Limp, Help Plz!!!

my little girl was doin ok all growin slow but ok. then today i noticed her top 1/2''-1'' was leaning over along with a few leaves,. i havent gave her water in about a week and had her uder a 600w hps. thinking underwatering was to blame i gave her a little water(soil 2.5" down was not bone dry, but wouldnt classify as damp) matbe 4 hrs ago and put her under my t5 30min ago. she looks the same jus more limp leaves.

its what i would have done...wtaered her, then back her away from the light atleast...sometimes there is only so much you can do...and just hope it was the right call. FYI learn to determine when to water by weight...not the finger method. to inconsistant.

how is your ventilation? room? or tent? you already said no nutes...but i would give them a good feeding of something well rounded...like a NPK ratio of 4-5-4...try one thing at a time...not multiple, because if it happens again then you wont know what it was that fixed it. first step IMHO would be to find that decent fert, and feed her...if you have nutes...list them, and we can go from there. looks like to me you have more then 1 problem. again IMHO looks like 1. a deficiency of some kind, and 2. ventilation or drainage issue. two reasons why leaves twist upside down like that...high temps, or poor ventilation or drainage...shes trying to breathe, since the underside is that outlet. hence her twisting leaves. or bent top. i would love for someone more experienced to leave a comment! but i am doing what i can.

How far was it from the 600 and what was the temp?

the more i look at those leaves im thinkin magnesium def. i'd also go out and get some cal mag, and feed them, and then foliar spray with some cal mag. i think that would do the trick.

damn...that burnt tip is kinda throwin me off though since i cant really see it on any other leaves...ya id feed, and hit her with some cal mag...if no improvement in a couple days, then id give her a flush!

she was 3.5'-4' from the light, 12/12 600w hps/ and t5. used half dose age old grow maybe a week ago, then was told it was too soon and to use water for now, so after a week once this happened i gave her a little drink today thinking that was the problem. the temp at max hits 90, and ventilation is good. also ive been recomended a outa this world stress diffuser by my local hydro, called super natural grow green, i think thats what it is and possibly getting it in the am. i will also look into the cal mag gobskii, thanks man ive been waitn all day fer help i wish some expert would post too lol but you guys give me hope! ill post new pics in the morning and give updates as the day goes on...

and i stick by my last post of diagnoses...the nute burn is explained...actually it can all be explained now. fed too early, probably didnt flush properly after the mistake. salts built up in your soil , causing your calcium or magnesium deficiency, and here we are a few weeks later, and shes hungry and deficient...yup thats how zee cookie crumbles...lol?

your right about the hungry part i think.. cuz after the 3 before her died of root rot plus i gave them nutes and new soil once transplanted being too much nutes. i gues your not supposed to give em nutes until after a month in FF Oceanforest.

i got this stuff called super natural stay green 1-0-0. its got cal and mag in ther and supposed to 180 stressed plants! so jus gave em all a dose and will pop on here later this evening unless things change sooner, or dramaticly then i may get some pics up to. then have to update my grow journel eh dont mind the extra work jus as long as my girls are fine. peace
