To early?

My plants have been out of the soilin their pots for about 8 days now i think maybe a little longer. They are about 3 inches tall and looking extremly healthy, no yellowing no gross shit just nice green growth. I bought some 20-20-20 all purpose Magic Grow water soluble plant food, good for vegetables, shrubs, trees, leafy indoor and outdoor plants. Is this the right stuff and would it hurt my little guys/girls if i fed them already with it?

You can kill them if you give them too much fertilizer too early, and I don't know what strength you mixed it at but they definitely don't need any ferts at 8 days old and it could stunt the growth of the plant or kill it if you mixed it too strong. I'd put the plants in some fresh soil and don't fertilize until they're at least a month old.
