Tiny black dots with thick web on bud

Crying because this is the first time in long time that this appeared and looks like destroying my plants. they are all in tent with no access to oitside environment so im puzzled what this thing is. I can only see these black dots under microscope and only appear on the buds with think web around the buds. Blurry pictures that don't show anything. But if you have tiny bugs and webbing it's likely mites.
