The leaves... smt gone wrong?

Hey, my plants fan leaves are weirdly twister, is ok with them?

they are very dry, not sure if they work, can they get back?

water them they look parched!!!

Looks like you might have some issues. Obviously it would help us if you had better photos with natural lighting.

How close are the lights?
