tent condensation

So my tent is setup in my basement. Unfinished, cool concrete floor. Im doing an ebb and flood table with a cooler as a res. Went down tonight to check on it and the whole bottom of the tent was wet and it started traveling up the sides. It's not the connections as I checked them all for leaks. Pretty sure it's condensation because it starts underneath the bottom of the liner of the tent and comes through.

Anyone have similar issues?

sound like humidity when i first started i had a house with a concrete ceiling in the basement no inline fans and a 600 watt one day i looked up and there was water dripping from my ceiling went hooked up a inline and couple fans to move the air problem solved

I got a 6 bulb t5 in there and 2 table fans. Its my veg area. Its 80 at canopy level and pretty cool at the bottom. Water in cooler is 59. Ita weird because its underneath the liner the tent comes with inside. Im wondering if its because the bottom is covered by the liner so theres that dark in between area. Maybe if i remove the liner and the tent bottom gets light?

Just started building up today my 3rd week of veg. So random. Went down after work and saw it so I wiped it up and came back a few hours later and ita damp again

i still say it from condensation/humidity if nothing leaking i open them vent holes up in that tent and make sure air can get in and out ive had a nice size room with condensation problem and a tent is alot more air tight then that room was leave it unzipped with the fan blowing inside and see what happens

Don't worry about the floor for now, worry about humidity. 86 is too high.

Is the basement so humid? Are you running 18/6 and temps drop at lights off?

Just guessing but most likely you will need a dehumidifier in your basement.

It's an unfinished basement. I run 20/4 so yes the humidity is high with lights on and drops with lights off. I left a couple side vents slightly open overnight and picked up the corners of the liner and it seemed to dry it out. It still a little wet around my cooler I'm using as a res, but it's because I can't pull the liner out with the cooler full. Should I just drop a dehumidifier in the tent or run some intake/exhaust ducting with fans?

I also have a tent in an unfinished basement. I unplugged the fan on my carbon filter for a few days and it was like it was raining in the tent. Humidity was about 98%. A dehumidifier will raise your temperature a lot and cost just as much or more than a fan and filter.
