As long as both are healthy, and no genetic defects it's no problem.

One difference is the clone will be mature while from seed it takes longer (plus overall growing from seed).
So would it be better growing from a clone as I no the plant I want to take it from is beautifully healthy.

Nothing is every the same... Joe the super duper stoner man get a clone from somewhere in southwestern Afghanistan, he then brings that clone back to states with his super cool diplomatic immunity and passes it around to some very cool bothers who live down in valley outside SF somewhere who just want to spread the word of love through sharing n' caring, so cuts of that one of a kind, truly out of this world gal, are cloned out many times over, where each time a cut is shared the natural environment where that cut will live changes. And even before you might start to think about that one thing, you also have to think about all the changes that will have effected every copy of a copy of that original clone because the copy you got won't be a direct copy of the original clone so it will have drank many different types water with many different ratios of nutrients and salts, and been kept in many different types of soils, which will in many ways make the clone you got nothing like the original clone.

DNA is DNA.... take any of those clones back to Afghanistan and they will grow exactly the same as the original did ( assuming it’s a healthy clone). It might grow different in different conditions....but it’s the same damn plant.

Exactly. How else would clone only strains be around. I still have a clone only Green Crack I got that hasn't changed a bit. Here's the 4th round that just started vegging.
