Have a super strong sativa from seed i need to save. 45 days into flower. Has 3 more weeks.

Should i cut 2 of the smallest branches buds for clones or leave and reveg when harvested? I have to keep this thing. I shall breed it with a strong sativa male. ;). What ya think RIU?

i think there's no big harm to cutting some small side branches
i do think these may be tougher to root than 'fresh' branches from a revegged plant
so it could jump start you on this quest, otherwise you'll have to wait for harvest/reveg

Take a couple clones... You can still reveg but the clones are back up. And extra :)

Right on, ill take 2 clones and save 1 branch on the plant if their is 1 to save. They all stretched up and formed the sickest colas in the garden.

Dont think the clones have a higher chance of hermie?

in principle you should have no increase of hermie risk
i do see the occasional odd story about clones coming out different than the parent

Right on. I should be able to get em too root. Strong .06 branches. Gonna dip em in olivias, rockwool, spray w/ light clonex. I got another monster indica i need too keep too. Maybe ill go get clone happy. Lol

Well i was gonna cut clones. Then i had my whole under arm stuck to a sticky trap. So i went and got it mostly off with gasoline. God damn. That shit is sticky.
