Stretchy heads?

So not for the first time, but the first time in awhile my heads are going stretchy. I think maybe its to do with temperature. The fan over the top is keeping them to cool or i just realised my extraction fan is running 4 hours behind my lighting so at night it gets cool in there.
Any ideas?
