Got a proper veg fert? I wouldn't say molasses was suited for the outside or a complete fert. This may be worth a try, one dose of a proper veg fert and see if it is good or bad for the plant. Liming one week before planting means there is a good chance the lime hasn't buffered the ph properly yet as well.
heres what i have in my soil. i figure the EWC and dr earths is enough for veg. plus the roots organic

Roots Organic soil - 1.5 cuft
dolomite lime - 1.5 cups
perlite - 1 gal
worm castings - about 4 dry quarts
dr earth's organic 5 - about 1lb

Temps lights on please? Thanks
theyre outside. its been like 70-85 recently during the day. it doesnt get very hot here much

I would like to see the results of adding a proper veg fert and not using ro water. Seems like there is little left to try if not heat, i would like to check the pH too as these variables make a lot of difference to the grow. Outside gardeners lime the gardens every two years in the winter before the summer they wish to grow in. Lime can take a while to work outside and ro water will rob the plant and soil of the salts especially cal/mag. Why not work these problems and see if you get results?? WOuld be what i would do in that situation.

Is the problem getting any worse? Any recent pics please?
