I think your worrying to much, I've seen this before and no problems occurred. Happy Growing :)

Looks fine to me too, greens and light browns are normal for the stems.

A couple curious questions:
1. In your pics it looks like you used that thick metal tape (I forget the proper name) in the backgrounds, how is it working for you? I used it to line the inside of a home made reflector and it seems to work great for me.
2. What kind of light(s) are you using, and how far away from the plant are they?

The tape I am using is just Aluminum foil tape i bought at lowes and i was using 2 13w micro mini cfls on top and 1 26w cfl on the side. I have now moved up to a bigger box that is 26"x14"x36".. This is a my old setupFirst Day (11-29-2010).jpg This is my new setup but this is not 100% done...Adding more lights and another exhaust fan.4 (12-22-2010).jpg Just to let you know the plant in the picture was not started in that box. That was the first day it was in that box. The plant was a firends who didn't have any space for it. This is a picture of a bagseed I was expirementing with in my Pc box after I upgraded it.PC BOX SETUP (12-19-2010).jpgBagseed In Pc Box Day 19 (12-21-2010).jpg

if its a clone, its likely just the color it became from the stress of being cloned. it stays that way for the life of the plant for the most part. if your getting new stem growth that is green, your golden brotha. good luck to ya, looks like a nice grow.

Thank You for your insights. But no it was not a clone it was just a stretched out bottom of the chain plant he had and was gonna make space for his better ones so I rescued it. Now that plant is with another friend in his box and its about 24" inches talll and ALOT bushier. Yea I know that plant has done some traveling. That seed is a strain I believe called Big Bud. This is my friends setup with his pants where that small plant orginally came from.Plant BB (12-19-2010).jpg Yes I know the setup is really bad.. Just the other day I forced him to upgrade it and he has. New setup looks alot better and has more lights and a fan.
